Gen. Krulak joins UP board
Retired U.S. Marine Corps General Charles C. Krulak has been elected to Union Pacific Corp.’s board of directors.
After 35 years service, Krulak retired from the military in 1999 and joined MBNA Corp., where he served as executive vice chairman and chief administrative officer. He retired from MBNA last year.
Krulak also serves on the boards of ConocoPhillips and Phelps Dodge, and as chairman of the board of visitors of the U. S. Naval Academy.
