GERMAN, DUTCH OCEAN FREIGHT AUCTIONS COOPERATE
GloMaP.com, the German online ocean freight auction provider, and its Dutch counterpart NedCargo.com, said that they will cooperate.
The German Internet startup went online in May. NedCargo commenced trading on Dec. 1.
“The cooperation will allow users of both platforms direct access to each other’s marketplace,” the two companies said in a joint statement. Both companies will cooperate in the areas of marketing and development and coordinate further partnerships including additional value added services and other modes.
GloMaP.com has 1,800 registered users.
GloMaP.com, headquartered in Hamburg, and NedCargo.com, based in Amsterdam, specialize in the trades to and from North Europe.
