Globe Express opens Sao Paulo office

   Globe Express Services said Friday it has opened a corporate location in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the company's first entry into the South American market.

   The new office was located in Sao Paulo because it is Brazil's main business hub, as well as one of the largest and most diversified industrial parks in Latin America and the Caribbean, the company said.

   'Brazil is the world's seventh-largest consumer market,' said Tony Bikhazi, Globe's president North and South America, in a statement. 'For years, we have serviced this important region through trusted agent partners, but the time has come for Globe Express to make its own way.'

   Globe Express Services is a global third-party logistics and application service provider specializing in Far East trade.
