GMT ACQUIRES FULL OWNERSHIP OF CONVENTIONAL CARRIER
GMT Shipping Line (2002) Ltd. has acquired full ownership of GST Shipping Line Ltd., a Hong Kong-based conventional liner service operator.
GMT said that it has bought the 40-percent shareholding in the shipping line previously owned by International Transport and Trading Agency GmbH.
GST provides a conventional service from the Baltic Sea, the Black Sea and northern continental Europe to West Africa.
