GOCARGO.COM PARTNERS WITH SINGAPORE ELECTRONIC TRADE EXCHANGE
GoCargo.com, based in New York, a developer of online applications connecting shippers and service providers, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Singapore Network Services Pte. Ltd. (SNS), an e-commerce exchange in Singapore, to integrate their procurement applications.
SNS customers can access GoCargo.com’s e-procurement applications without leaving SNS’s E-Trade Exchange. They will also have greater choice of service providers through GoCargo.com’s online application, which will be part of the Exchange’s integrated freight module for booking and managing cargo.
“This strategic alliance will add value to Singapore’s logistics community,” said David Chin, deputy chief executive officer of the Singapore Trade Development Board, a joint owner of SNS.
