Gold Star, Star Feeders join forces in Far East/India link
Gold Star Line and Star Feeders have started a joint weekly service between Southeast Asia and India.
The new “Indonesia-Bombay Express” service uses four ships of about 1,100 TEUs, and has a port rotation of Surabaya, Semarang, Jakarta, Singapore, Port Kelang, Mumbai (old port), Nhava Sheva, Cochin, Port Kelang, Singapore and back to Surabaya.
Gold Star provides three ships with Star Feeders contributing the remaining ship in the service.
Dubai-based Star Feeders used to be called Integrated Container Feeder Services.
