Honeywell unit picks Schneider Logistics to manage shipping

   Honeywell Specialty Materials, a producer of chemicals and related materials, has contracted with Schneider Logistics, a logistics provider based in Green Bay, Wis., to manage the shipment and distribution of its products in North America.

   Schneider Logistics will integrate Honeywell Specialty's supply chains and provide software to implement its transportation of materials. As part of the agreement, Schneider will place 14 employees on site at Honeywell Specialty's logistics center in Chesterfield, Va.
