Horizon LinesÆ Porter honored in Jacksonville
Tami Porter, Horizon Lines' director of East Coast & Gulf terminal operations, has been selected as a 2007 Women of Influence honoree by the Jacksonville Business Journal.
The award recognizes women from the Jacksonville and Northeast Florida area that have demonstrated leadership and the entrepreneurial spirit in their particular industry of business sector.
Porter is responsible for loading and delivery of more than 113,000 containers a year and vessel operations for 190 ship arrivals a year, Horizon Lines said.
