Hub Group said it had a profit of $17 million in the fourth quarter of 2011, 36 percent more than the $12.5 million earned in the same 2010 period.
Revenue for the quarter was $763 million, compared to $480 million in the fourth quarter of 2010.
Hub, which provides intermodal, truck brokerage and logistic services, had a profit of $58 million for the full-year 2011, compared to $43 million in 2010, while revenue in 2011 was $2.75 billion, compared to $1.83 billion for the previous year.
