IATA REPORT SHOWS LITTLE GROWTH IN AIR TRAFFIC
The International Air Transport Association said member airlines reported a 9.2-percent rise in freight ton-kilometers in 2001, according to its World Air Transport Statistics 2001 edition.
Total available ton-kilometers increased 7.0 percent, while overall weight factor rose 1.5 percentage points to 65.5.
