ICTSI promotes O’Neil
Philippines-based global port operator International Container Terminal Services Inc. has promoted Martin O’Neil to senior vice president and chief financial officer.
O’Neil was the company’s chief financial advisor. He will also retain his position as senior vice president and CFO of ICTSI Ltd., an ICTSI subsidiary overseeing international operations.
