Integres acquires Key Transportation Services
Integres Global Logistics, a provider of software for supply chain visibility, has acquired Key Transportation Services, a non-asset-based air freight forwarder.
Jack Compton, owner and chief executive officer of Key Transportation, will continue to manage the company as a unit of Integres.
“This acquisition is a good strategic fit for both companies,” said Jim Hartigan, CEO of Integres. “Integres can provide Key with our FastLane Technolog,' while Key Transportation brings experience in the Midwest to Integres, he added.
Key Transportation has offices in Chicago and Dallas. Integres Global Logistics is based in Rancho Cordova, Calif.
