ITC APPOINTS TERRILL TO ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE

   The U.S. International Trade Commission has appointed Delbert R. “Chip” Terrill to administrative law judge at the agency.

   Terrill will manage litigation, preside over evidentiary hearings, and make initial determinations in the agency’s investigations involving unfair import practices.

   Prior to his ITC appointment, Terrill served as administrative law judge for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission since 1989.
