ITC releases 2002 trade report
The U.S. International Trade Commission has released its Year in Trade 2002 report.
The report provides a review of U.S. international trade laws, a survey of actions under U.S. trade laws, a summary of the operation of the World Trade Organization, an overview of U.S. free trade agreements and negotiations, and review of U.S. bilateral trade relations with major trading partners.
The report also provides complete listings of antidumping, countervailing duty, safeguard, intellectual property right infringement, and section 301 cases undertaken by the U.S. government in 2002.
