JANG APPOINTED PRESIDENT OF HYUNDAI MERCHANT MARINE
Cheol Soon Jang has been appointed president of Hyundai Merchant Marine, the heavily indebted Korean shipping group.
Jang was vice president of the company in charge of the cruise shipping division.
He replaces Kim Choong-Shik, the former president and chief executive officer who resigned last month.
Jang has previously worked for the container shipping and bulk divisions of Hyundai.
