JOHN S. JAMES ENTERS ALLIANCE WITH SWISS FORWARDER
John S. James has formed a strategic alliance with Frank Ltd., an
international transportation services firm based in Basel, Switzerland.
The alliance includes John S. James acquiring a "significant financial
equity stake in Frank Ltd.
For John S. James, the alliance expands the Savannah-based forwarder’s reach
in European and Asian markets.
Frank Ltd., founded in 1946, has offices in Basel, Berne and Zurich,
Switzerland; Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Beijing, China; as well as Jakarta, Bangkok, Taipei,
Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
