“K” LINE APPOINTS IINUMA MANAGING DIRECTOR

“K” LINE APPOINTS IINUMA MANAGING DIRECTOR

   Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha Ltd., known as “K” Line, based in Tokyo, has named Yoshio Iinuma as the company’s managing director, effective Jan. 1.

   Iinuma was previously “K” Line’s director, having worked in the company since 1967. From 1995 to 1998, Iinuma served as executive vice president, and then president and chief executive officer, of “K” Line America. He became Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha’s director in June 1998.
