“K” LINE GROUP SETS UP “K” LOGISTICS CORP. IN JAPAN

“K” LINE GROUP SETS UP “K” LOGISTICS CORP. IN JAPAN

   Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. announced that it will set up a new forwarding and logistics company based in Japan, to be named “K” Logistics Corp., on Oct. 1.

   The capital for this company will come from “K” Line Logistics Holdings, Inc., the logistics-related holding company founded by “K” Line last year.

   “K” Logistics Corp. will absorb former logistics activities of Daito Corp. and Nitto Total Logistics Ltd. in Japan.

   “K” Logistics Corp. will be placed “as the core of our logistics activities,” the Japanese group said.
