“K” LINE OPENS BRANCHES IN NORTHERN CHINA

   “K” Line (China) Ltd., a subsidiary of Japanese shipping group “K” Line, has opened branches in Qingdao and Tianjin, in northern China.

   The new branches replace “liaison offices” that are not entitled under Chinese regulations to conduct full shipping transactions.

   “K” Line (China), founded in 1995 in Shanghai, opened its first branch in Dalian in 1997.
