KALMAR AND APM SIGN TRACTOR SERVICES CONTRACT
Kalmar Industries and APM Terminals have signed an agreement for Kalmar to provide a range of tractor services at an APL Terminals facility in Port Elizabeth, N.J.
Kalmar, a source of heavy-duty materials handling equipment, will provide Ottawa-branded terminal tractors to move container trailers within the facility.
Based in Sweden, Kalmar has plants in Sweden, Finland, the U.S., the Netherlands and in Estonia. The company markets three brands: Kalmar, Kalmar Nelcon and Ottawa.
Kalmar announced on Tuesday that Jack Sawrey had been appointed senior site manager at APM Terminals’ facility in Port Elizabeth.
