L-3 SECURITY UNIT NAMES WATERS VP, CARGO
L-3 Communications, a New York-based provider of security-screening applications, microwave and telemetry components, has appointed David Waters as vice president of cargo operations for its newly formed Security and Detection Systems division.
Waters was vice president of applications engineering for American Science and Engineering.
L-3’s Cargo Operations products use X-ray systems for non-invasive inspection of containers.
