Law firms Thompson Coburn, FagelHaber merge
Two law firms, St. Louis-based Thompson Coburn LLP and Chicago-based FagelHaber LLC, have merged.
The combined firms, which will also have offices in Washington, D.C. and Southern Illinois, will employ more than 330.
Thompson Coburn is known in the transportation and logistics industry as regularly representing lenders and equipment lessors, shipowners, charterers, investment bankers, importers, exporters, port authorities, customs brokers, non-vessel-operating common carriers and other logistics companies.
