LIVINGSTON INTERNATIONAL ACQUIRES OSOWSKI & CO.
Livingston International Inc., a provider of logistics and brokerage services, has acquired Osowski & Co. International, Ltd., a Chicago-based provider of freight forwarding and air-sea brokerage services.
Peter Luit, chief executive officer of Livingston International, said Wednesday the full purchase price will depend on the results of business acquired over the next three and one-half years. The initial payment was financed from Livingston’s current credit facility.
Luit said it would take three to six months to integrate Osowski’s business with Livingston present brokerage activities. Ray Osowski, principal, Osowski & Co., will continue to run operations with the new title of director, client services.
