LIZ CLAIBORNE SELECTS BAX GLOBAL TO HANDLE ASIA LOGISTICS
Liz Claiborne Inc. has named BAX Global to handle its Asia logistics and provide international transport services.
BAX will handle its first orders through its Hong Kong facility to serve Liz Claiborne customers in the Mideast. The new contract follows a one-year contract, received last year, for BAX to serve as freight forwarder for imports into the United States.
Based in Irvine, Calif., is a subsidiary of The Pittston Co., providing transportation and supply chain management.
