Lloyd Triestino to join two Montreal/North Europe loops
Lloyd Triestino will follow CMA CGM, its former partner on the suspended weekly North Europe/Montreal “ECX” service, by replacing it with slot charter arrangements on two other weekly services in the trade.
Together with CMA CGM, Lloyd Triestino will have slot allocations on the “CANEX” joint service operated by P&O Nedlloyd, Mediterranean Shipping Co. and Maersk Sealand and the “St. Lawrence Coordinated Service” service operated jointly by CP Ships and OOCL.
Lloyd Triestino said it will market the two services as the “EC1” and “EC2” respectively.
