Logistics executive Buffam dies
David Buffam, founder of Portland-based Total Logistics Resources Inc. and a driving force behind the formation of the Pacific Coast Council of Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders, has died.
Total Logistics Resources has been in business as a customs brokerage and freight forwarder since 1974.
Buffam established the customs brokerage and freight forwarder in 1974 in partnership with Ted Rausch. The company has grown from a two-man outfit into a regional transportation service provider with more than 40 employees in several West Coast offices.
Total Logistics Resources’ president is Robert Coleman.
