MAERSK LOGISTICS ACQUIRES FINNISH FORWARDER OY AREALOG
Maersk Logistics has taken over Oy Arealog Ltd., a Finnish forwarder and customs broker. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Danish logistics service provider said the acquisition of Oy Arealog, with its experience in general forwarding, including sea, air, road, transit service and customs brokerage, will strengthen Maersk Logistics’ position in Finland.
Oy Arealog was founded in 1994 and has six offices in the southern part of Finland. It has a staff of 24 in Finland.
