MAERSK SEALAND GETS ANOTHER “S-CLASS” MEGASHIP
A.P. Moller has named the “Columbine Maersk,” the latest in its series of large post-Panamax “S-class” container vessels.
The ship was built by the A.P. Moller-owned Odense Steel Shipyard and has an official capacity of 6,600 TEUs, according to A.P. Moller.
The new vessel will, after delivery in early September, enter Maersk Sealand’s worldwide liner service.
