MAERSK SEALAND SWITCHES TRINIDAD PORT TO POINT LISAS
Maersk Sealand has switched several services in the Caribbean from Port of Spain to neighboring Point Lisas, also in Trinidad.
The mega-carrier said that it calls at the Trinidad port to transship cargoes to and from the eastern Caribbean, Suriname and Guyana.
Maersk Sealand’s Gulf of Mexico/Caribbean/Panama “VenGulf” service and its joint Miami/Caribbean “Windwards” service with CMA CGM now call at Point Lisas.
Current details on the revised Caribbean services are posted on ComPairData at www.compairdata.com.
