MASTERPIECE INTERNATIONAL TAKES OVER DAVIES TURNER & CO.
Masterpiece International, a New York City-based customs broker and forwarder, has taken over Davies Turner & Co.
Davies Turner & Co., also based in New York, provides customs brokerage, forwarding and non-vessel-operating common carrier services and has branches in Chicago, Philadelphia International Airport, J.F.K. International Airport and Carolina (San Juan) Puerto Rico.
The takeover does not affect Davies Turner & Co. Ltd., the large U.K.-based forwarding company that was founded by the same families, but had separate shareholders.
