MED SHIPPING POSTPONES ADDITION OF KOBE CALL TO PACIFIC LINK

The Shippers Newswire dated March 1 reported that Mediterranean Shipping Co. was planning to add a weekly call at the Japanese port of Kobe to its transpacific service, beginning March 24.

The carrier has now announced that, as a result of the vessel “MSC Pacific” being dry-docked, the change would be set back to April 7, when “MSC California” will make the first call at Kobe.
