Menlo Worldwide, the global supply chain services unit of CNF Inc., plans to start a supply chain technology consulting practice.
Menlo Worldwide Technologies, a division of Menlo, has named Lawrence M. Maloney vice president of consulting to start up the consulting practice.
Maloney was a partner in CSC Consulting (formerly Cleveland Consulting Associates) in Cleveland, Ohio. He had lead the development of that firm's supply chain consulting practice.
Before joining that firm, in 1989, he held several engineering positions with General Motors Corp.
