METROPOLITAN LOGISTICS PICKS NTE PLANNING SOLUTION
Metropolitan Logistics Services, of Paterson, N.J., a provider of technology-based logistics and transportation management services, has contracted with NTE for software to automate planning and execution services.
Metropolitan Logistics will use NTE’s Manage solution to automate the process of identifying all available carrier, route and mode options, and NTE’s Trade solution to execute order cycles.
The applications allow the strategic use of information “to make improved supply chain decisions,” said Jim Davidson, NTE’s president and chief executive officer.
