MILITARY SEALIFT COMMANDER NOMINATED VICE ADMIRAL
President Clinton has nominated Navy Rear Adm. Gordon S. Holder,
commander of the U.S. Military Sealift Command, to the rank of vice admiral.
Holder has served in the Navy since 1968. He was appointed to head the
Military Sealift Command in February.
