MOL, BOLLORE GROUPS SET UP WEST AFRICAN AGENCY
Japan’s Mitsui O.S.K. Lines and Groupe Bollore, the parent company of Delmas and SDV, have created a general agency company for MOL in West Africa.
Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (West Africa) will be registered in the United Kingdom, and be responsible for all MOL business in West Africa, including commercial and sales activities, along with providing customer services and operations support to the existing agents.
Mitsui O.S.K. said that it is preparing to install a Global On-line Computer system this year, providing improved cargo tracking and faster processing of documentation.
