MOL to start new Japan/South China service
Mitsui O.S.K. Lines on Monday said it would launch a new service connecting China and Japan.
The new Japan/China Service 2, which begins March 23, will be offered through a space charter from Taipei-based Wan Hai Lines. By adding the JC2 service, MOL will upgrade its direct services from South China to Japan with current MOL-operated services, while the service to Kansai and Kyushu will start again.
The rotation for the new service is Yantian, Hong Kong, Osaka, Kobe, Tokuyama, Moji, Hakata and Hong Kong.
