Montreal’s Taddeo elected ACPA chairman
Dominic J. Taddeo, the Montreal Port Authority’s president and chief executive officer, has been elected chairman of the Association of Canadian Port Authorities.
It is the second time Taddeo has held the position, which will run Aug. 25 to Aug. 30, 2007. He served the last year as the ACPA board’s vice-chair and succeeds Donna Taylor, president and CEO of the Oshawa Harbor Commission.
The ACPA board comprises 11 directors, including the immediate past chair, two directors each from the Atlantic Provinces, Quebec, the Great Lakes and the Pacific region, one director representing associate members and one director representing affiliate members.
