MOTHERCARE RENEWS TIBBETT & BRITTEN DISTRIBUTION CONTRACT
The Tibbett & Britten Group, a provider of logistics services, said Wednesday it has negotiated a new, two-year rolling contract with Mothercare, a retailer of home-life products.
Under the agreement, part of Tibbett & Britten’s management fee for handling Mothercare’s warehousing and distribution requirements is payable “against the achievement of performance measures,” T&B said in a statement.
Tibbett & Britten employs 38,500 people in logistics in 34 countries. Among its 17,500 employees in the United Kingdom and Ireland, 400 work on Mothercare operations.
