NACA, Box Consolidators enter reciprocal agreement
Carson, Calif.-based NACA Logistics Group and U.K.-based Box Consolidators Ltd. have appointed each other agents under a U.K.-U.S. westbound trade lane cooperation agreement between the two non-vessel-operating common carriers.
The partnership covers less-than-containerload and full containerload services in the westbound Atlantic trade.
In the United Kingdom, Box Consolidators operates a nationwide service linked by receiving depots based in West London, East London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Newcastle and Glasgow.
In the United States, NACA has container freight stations in Atlanta, Chicago, New Jersey, Miami and Los Angeles, and uses a network of facilities in other cities throughout the country.
NACA will maintain its current U.K. operations, handling eastbound shipments.
