New Caribbean Service Rate Agreement posts rate increase
Ocean carriers in the New Caribbean Service Rate Agreement, serving trades between Europe, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, have said westbound rates will increase $25 per twenty-foot-container in December.
