NEW CSXT PRESIDENT APPOINTS VPS
Michael J. Ward, recently named president of CSX Transportation Inc., has promoted Alan F. Crown to executive vice president-transportation and has named Robert J. Haulter vice president-human resources.
Crown, a 34-year rail veteran was vice president-transportation. He has served as general manager of several of CSXT's operating regions, as well as vice president and general manager of the company's C&O business unit.
Haulter joined CSXT predecessor Louisville and Nashville Railroad in 1973. He has served as assistant vice president-employee relations, assistant vice president-human resources and, most recently, as assistant vice president-operations support.
