NORASIA STILL CONSIDERS U.S. PORT FOR PACIFIC LINK
Norasia Lines said that it is still considering adding a U.S.
Pacific Northwest port of call to its Asia/Vancouver, British Columbia transpacific
service, launched in May.
The U.S. call would cater for local area cargo. Contract negotiations
with cargo interests are going on, a Norasia executive told American Shipper.
Norasia already routes U.S. Midwest cargo across the Pacific via Vancouver.
