NYK INTRODUCES FAR EAST/MIDDLE EAST RISK SURCHARGE
NYK Line has notified shippers of a plan to introduce a risk surcharge for shipments from South China, Macau and Hong Kong to the Middle East.
The “temporary additional risk surcharge” amounts to $97 per 20-foot container and $194 per 40-foot box, and became effective yesterday (March 31).
