NYK raises southbound New Zealand emergency bunker charge
Tokyo-based NYK is increasing its emergency bunker adjustment factor (EBAF) for southbound shipments to New Zealand from all origins.
Effective Feb. 22 the EBAF will be adjusted to $175 per 20-foot container unit and $350 per 40-foot container unit, from $150 per TEU and $300 per FEU.
