NYK sets up another Korean subsidiary
Nippon Yusen Kaisha has set up another Korean subsidiary called NYK Line (Korea) Co. It is the Japanese group’s second affiliate company in Korea after NYK Bulkship (Korea) Co., Ltd., which started trading in June.
A wholly owned subsidiary of NYK, NYK Line (Korea) will provide transport and logistics services in Korea. Its head office is located in Seoul and the company will have 90 employees.
NYK Line (Korea) is also the 11th subsidiary of NYK in the liner services category in the Asian region.
