OCEAN WORLD LINES INTEGRATES WITH INTTRA PORTAL
Ocean World Lines, a full-containerload non-vessel-operating common carrier, has integrated with INTTRA, a provider of business-to-business ocean freight transportation services, for improved connectivity in regard to Ocean World’s European and North Atlantic services using the provider’s INTTRA-LINK solution.
INTTRA’s Web portal will manage single-point connectivity for Ocean World to INTTRA’s network of ocean carriers, which includes Alianca, ANL, CMA CGM, Columbus Line, Crowley American Transport, DAH Deutsche Afrika-Linien, Hamburg-Sud, Hapag-Lloyd, Kuehne & Nagel International AG, Maersk Sealand, Mediterranean Shipping Co., NYK Line, P&O Nedlloyd, Safmarine, and United Arab Shipping Co.
Ocean World annually ships 30,000 TEUs westbound and 70,000 TEUs in its overall operations. The NVOCC plans a subsequent expansion of INTTRA’s services into Central and South America and the Far East.
