OHIO SHIPPERS TO GET LESSON IN U.S. EXPORT REGULATIONS
The U.S. Commerce Department, along with area business groups, will host a U.S. export regulations seminar in Independence, Ohio, on Sept. 26.
The all-day seminar will provide an overview of U.S. regulations covering exporting. There will be Commerce speakers from Census’ Foreign Trade Division and the Bureau of Export Administration.
Representatives from other government agencies, such as Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Controls and State’s Office of Defense Trade Controls, will also speak at the seminar.
