ONLINE EXCHANGE GLOMAP.COM TO EXPAND
GloMaP.com, an online sea freight exchange provider based in Hamburg, Germany, said that it plans to open offices in Asia and North America to expand its operations.
Launched in May, GloMaP.com provides a reverse auction marketplace on the Internet, at www.glomap.com, for shippers and providers of sea transport.
GloMaP.com is one of many online shipping exchange providers, such as www.gocargo.com, www.tradiant.com and www.celarix.com.
However, GloMaP.com said it is the only online shipping exchange based in Germany.
