Pacific CMA acquires 60% of Singapore-based forwarder
New York-based Pacific CMA Inc., a freight forwarder and logistics service provider, has completed the acquisition of 60 percent of AGI Freight Singapore Pte Ltd., a Singapore-based, privately held freight forwarding and logistics company.
Pacific CMA, whose forwarding business handles air and ocean shipments, said it believes the acquisition will increase its presence in Southeast Asia.
AGI Freight Singapore has more than 60 international cargo agent relationships and clients such as APC Distributor and the Focus Network.
Pacific CMA is listed on the AMEX stock exchange.
