Port of Vancouver, Wash. appoints Mishler terminal manager
The port of Vancouver, Wash. has appointed Kenneth Mishler as terminal manager at Terminals 2 and 3.
Mishler was general manager of marine operations for “K” Line America Inc., for whom he had worked over 15 years.
The port only recently resumed control of marine operations at Terminal 3 and Terminal 2 from Marine Terminals Corp. The terminals handle primarily breakbulk cargoes.
